Abstrak

Kirish. Jarrohlik davolash bosh miyaning meningeal va neyroepitelial o'smalarini davolashning asosiy usuli bo'lib qolmoqda; biroq an'anaviy usullar ko'pincha sezilarli intraoperatsion qon yo'qotish, operatsiyaning uzoq davom etishi va nevrologik nuqson yuzaga kelishining yuqori xavfi bilan kechadi. Maqsad. Bosh miyaning meningeal va neyroepitelial o'smalarini standart usullar hamda jarrohlik jarohatini kamaytirishga qaratilgan zamonaviy texnologiyalar yordamida davolash natijalarini taqqoslash. Materiallar va usullar. Bosh miya o'smalari yuzasidan operatsiya qilingan 70 bemorning retrospektiv tahlili o'tkazildi. Bemorlar ikki guruhga bo'lindi: standart jarrohlik usullari qo'llanilgan taqqoslash guruhi va ultratovushli dezintegratsiya, neyronavigatsiya, intraoperatsion ultratovush tekshiruvi, po'stloq kartografiyasi hamda plazmali koagulyatsiyani o'z ichiga olgan zamonaviy texnologiyalar qo'llanilgan asosiy guruh. Intraoperatsion qon yo'qotish, operatsiya davomiyligi va jarrohlik kirish yo'lining xavfsizligi baholandi. Natijalar. Zamonaviy texnologiyalarni qo'llash standart usullarga nisbatan intraoperatsion qon yo'qotish va operatsiya vaqtini ishonchli darajada kamaytirdi (p < 0.05). Gemostaz ishonchliligining oshishi va xavfsizroq jarrohlik traektoriyalari operatsiyadan keyingi nevrologik holat yomonlashuvi xavfini pasaytirishga xizmat qildi. Xulosa. Zamonaviy mikroxirurgik, ultratovushli va plazmali texnologiyalarni joriy etish bosh miyaning meningeal va neyroepitelial o'smalarini jarrohlik davolashning xavfsizligi va samaradorligini sezilarli darajada oshiradi.
