Data Sharing Policy

The journal encourages authors to make the data that support their findings available to other researchers, so that the results can be checked and reused.

Data availability statement

Authors of research articles are encouraged to include a short data availability statement at the end of the manuscript explaining where the data can be found. For example: the data are included in the article or its supplementary files; the data are deposited in a public repository (such as Zenodo), with a link or DOI; the data are available from the corresponding author on reasonable request; or the data are not available, with the reason (for example, personal data protection or third-party rights).

Repositories

Where possible, data should be deposited in a recognised open repository that assigns a persistent identifier (DOI) and cited in the reference list.

Personal and sensitive data

Data concerning people must be anonymised before sharing and handled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the consent given by participants. Data must not be shared if this would identify individuals or break confidentiality agreements.

Reproducibility

Editors and reviewers may ask to see the underlying data during peer review. Refusal to provide data without good reason may be taken into account in the editorial decision.
