VINCRISTINE-INDUCED NEUROPATHY

Abstract
Vincristine neuropathy is one of the most common and significant complications of chemotherapy involving vincristine. It manifests itself predominantly in the form of peripheral sensory and motor disorders, which substantially affects the quality of life of patients and may limit the continuation of treatment. The article considers the clinical manifestations, pathogenetic mechanisms, risk factors, diagnostic methods and approaches to the prevention and treatment of vincristine neuropathy. The need for further research aimed at the development of effective neuroprotective strategies and the improvement of the management of patients receiving vincristine therapy is noted.
