Tuberkulyozga qarshi Rifizostrep preparatining buzoqlar eksperimental tuberkulyozidagi patomorfologik tavsifi

Abstrak
Maqolada Rifizostrep preparatining tajribadagi buzoqlar eksperimental tuberkulyozida ichki a’zolardagi patologoanatomik va gistomorfologik o‘zgarishlar bo‘yicha tekshirishlar natijalari bayon qilingan. Yangi kombinatsiyalangan Rifizostrep preparati Veterinariya ilmiy-tadqiqot instituti tuberkulyoz laboratoriyasi xodimlari tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan. Preparat eksperimental tuberkulyozda M. tuberculosis qo‘zg‘atuvchilariga qarshi yetarli darajada samarali bakteritsid faollikka ega ekanligi aniqlangan. Shu bilan bir qatorda, Rifizostrep hayvon organizmiga va buzoqlarning ichki a’zolari strukturasiga nomaqbul ta’sir ko‘rsatmaydi. Tahlillarga ko‘ra, preparat buzoqlar organizmiga uzoq vaqt davomida qo‘llanilganda ichki a’zolarda nisbatan kam sonli strukturaviy o‘zgarishlar — parenximatoz a’zolar hujayra strukturasida gemosideroz ko‘rinishida va oshqozon-ichak traktida sekretsiyaning bir oz kuchayishi kabi o‘zgarishlar kuzatilgan. Patologoanatomik va gistomorfologik tekshirishlar natijasiga ko‘ra, preparat hayvon organizmi uchun bezarar bo‘lib, umumiy va o‘tkir toksik ta’sirga ega emas.
