ASALARILAR INVAZION KASALLIKLARINI DAVOLASH VA OLDINI OLISHDAN KEYINGI ASALNING VETERINARIYA-SANITARIYA EKSPERTIZASI

Abstrak

Mazkur tadqiqot asalarilar (Apis mellifera) oilalarida keng tarqalgan Varroatoz (Varroa destructor), Nozematoz va Tropilapsozlarni davolash va oldini olishdan keyingi asalning veterinariya-sanitariya sifatini baholashga qaratilgan. 30 ta asalari oilada epizootologik holat, parazit darajasi va asal hosildorligi monitoring qilingan. Amitraz, Flumetrin va Oksalat kislota preparatlari 30-kunga kelib oilalardagi parazitlarni samarali nazorat qilib, samaradorlik 91– 97% ni tashkil etgan. Asalning organoleptik (rang, hid, ta’m, konsistensiya) va fizik-kimyoviy (namlik, diastaza, umumiy kislotalilik) ko‘rsatkichlari sog‘lom nazorat bilan deyarli o‘zgarmagan. HPLC yordamida qoldiq moddalar tahlili natijalari Amitraz qoldiqlarining MRL (0,1 mg/kg) dan oshganini, Flumetrin va Oksalat kislotaning esa xavfsizligini ko‘rsatgan. Tadqiqot shuni tasdiqladiki, maqsadli davolash oilalarda parazitlarni samarali nazorat qilarkan, asal sifatiga minimal ta’sir qiladi va iste’molchilar salomatligini himoya qilish hamda veterinariya-sanitariya monitoringini kuchaytirish uchun ilmiy asos yaratadi.
