Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada qishloq xo‘jalik hayvonlarida dermatomikozlarni zamonaviy diagnostika usullari asosida aniqlash masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda mikroskopik kultural, lyuminestsent va molekulyar (PZR) usullarning samaradorligi tahlil qilingan. Mikroskopik usul zamburug‘ elementlarini tez aniqlashga, kultural usul esa qo‘zg‘atuvchini tur darajasida identifikatsiya qilishga xizmat qiladi. Lyuminestsent usul yashirin shakllarni aniqlashda, PZR esa tez va aniq tashxis qo‘yishda yuqori samaradorlikka ega. Natijalar dermatomikozlarni kompleks yondashuv asosida diagnostika qilish eng ishonchli usul ekanligini ko‘rsatdi va bu yondashuv kasallikni erta aniqlash hamda samarali profilaktika va davolash choralarini ishlab chiqishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
