Abstrak

Buqoqning toksik shakllari bilan og'rigan 191 nafar bemorni davolash natijalari keltirilgan. Buqoqning toksik shakllari bilan og'rigan bemorlarni jarrohlik yo'li bilan davolashning prognostik omillarini o'rganish natijasida buqoq retsidivining asosiy sababi giperfunksiya belgilari bo'lgan follikulyar kolloid buqoqda (retsidiv 24,2%) qalqonsimon bezning subtotal rezeksiyasi (retsidiv 17,2%) va gemitireoidektomiya (retsidiv 21,7%) hajmida a'zoni saqlovchi operatsiyalarni bajarish ekanligi aniqlandi. Retsidivlar sonining kasallik davomiyligiga bog'liq holda ortishi va operatsiya hajmining kattalashishi bilan retsidivlar chastotasining kamayishi aniqlangan. Buqoqning toksik shakllarida operatsiya hajmini tanlash prognostik omillarga — tireoperoksidazaga qarshi antitanalar darajasiga asoslanishi kerak, ularning ko'rsatkichlari toksik buqoqning patomorfologik shakli bilan korrelyatsiyalanadi. Taklif etilgan davolash-diagnostika algoritmi operatsiyadan keyingi uzoq davrda qoniqarsiz natijalar chastotasini 16,5% dan 3,6% gacha kamaytirish orqali davolash sifatini yaxshilash imkonini berdi.
