Abstrak
Maqola boksda turli mahorat darajasidagi sportchilarning oldingi qo'l bilan to'g'ri zarbasi (jeb) ning biomexanik tahlilini o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Ushbu tadqiqotda boshlang'ich, o'rta va elita darajasidagi bokschilar ko'rib chiqilib, zarba tezligi, kuchi, yelka va tana aylanishi, son holati hamda energiya uzatilishi kabi turli biomexanik parametrlarga e'tibor qaratiladi. Oldingi qo'l bilan to'g'ri zarba, ya'ni jeb, boksda asosiy zarba hisoblanadi va hujum hamda himoya taktikasiga ta'sir ko'rsatadi. Ushbu tadqiqotda matematik va statistik usullardan foydalangan holda boshlang'ich, o'rta va elita darajasidagi bokschilarda oldingi qo'l bilan to'g'ri zarbaning chuqur biomexanik tahlili keltirilgan. Harakatni qayd etish va yuqori tezlikdagi videotahlil orqali biz zarba tezligi, kuchi, yelka va tana aylanishi, son holati va energiya uzatilishidagi farqlarni o'rganamiz. Statistik tahlil va diagrammalar bilan tasdiqlangan natijalarimiz mahorat darajalari bo'yicha biomexanikada sezilarli farqlarni ochib beradi va mashg'ulot dasturlarini optimallashtirish uchun ma'lumot beradi.
