Abstrak

Fan, texnika, ishlab chiqarish va texnologiya sohasidagi mavjud taraqqiyot zamonaviy jamiyat qiyofasini belgilaydi. Zamonaviy jamiyatning eng muhim o‘ziga xos xususiyati shundaki, uning barcha sohalarida globallashuv sezilib turadi. Globallashuvning o‘zi tezkor harakatni, zarur axborotni zudlik bilan olishni, uni qayta ishlashni va amaliyotda samarali qo‘llashni talab qiladi. Shunday qilib, faqat o‘z sohasini yaxshi biladigan kadrlargina yuqori darajadagi kasbiy malakaga, boy tajriba va ko‘nikmalarga ega bo‘ladi. Shu sababli oliy ta’lim muassasalarida kadrlar tayyorlash jarayonida davrning ushbu talabini hisobga olish maqsadga muvofiqdir.
