Abstrak

Surunkali yurak yetishmovchiligi (SYuYe) davolashda erishilgan sezilarli yutuqlarga qaramay, eng dolzarb tibbiy va ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy muammolardan biri bo‘lib qolmoqda, chunki bu bemorlarning prognozi noxushligicha qolmoqda. Yurak-qon tomir tizimi patologiyasi va buyraklar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlikni jadal o‘rganish kardiorenal sindrom konsepsiyasining yaratilishiga olib keldi.
