Abstrak
Kirish. Orqa miya jarohati (OMJ) markaziy asab tizimi shikastlanishlarining eng og'ir shakllaridan biri bo'lib, ko'pincha barqaror nogironlikka olib keladi. Maqsad. II darajali travmatik spondilolistez asorati sifatida yuzaga kelgan ASIA B orqa miya jarohatini jarrohlik yo'li bilan davolashning klinik holatini keltirish. Holat tavsifi. 40 yoshli bemor balandlikdan yiqilgandan so'ng tetraparez, sezgi va vegetativ buzilishlar bilan keltirildi. KT va rentgenografiya ma'lumotlariga ko'ra C5–C6 II darajali spondilolistez, umurtqa tanalarining maydalangan sinishlari va orqa miya kompressiyasi aniqlandi. Bemorga dekompression laminektomiya va orqa instrumental stabilizatsiya bajarildi. Xulosa. Umurtqa pog'onasining jarrohlik dekompressiyasi va stabilizatsiyasi orqa miya shikastlanishi bilan asoratlangan travmatik spondilolistezli bemorlarni davolashning asosiy usullari hisoblanadi.
