Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada asfaltenlar va smolasimon komponentlarning xom neftni qayta ishlashning turli bosqichlariga, jumladan distillash, katalitik kreking va quvur orqali tashishga ingibirlovchi ta'siri o'rganiladi. Ushbu yuqori molekulyar og'irlikka ega qutbli birikmalar agregatlanishga moyil bo'lib, bu qovushqoqlikning ortishiga, uskunalarning ifloslanishiga, katalizatorning faolsizlanishiga va oqimni ta'minlash muammolariga olib keladi. Ularning kimyoviy murakkabligi va kuchli molekulalararo o'zaro ta'siri ularni an'anaviy ajratish usullariga ayniqsa chidamli qiladi. Maqolada neytrallashning zamonaviy strategiyalari, jumladan kimyoviy dispergatorlar, sirt-faol moddalar va nanomateriallarga asoslangan yechimlar ko'rib chiqiladi. Qo'shimchalar samaradorligi, o'zaro ta'sir kinetikasi va jarayonni optimallashtirish bo'yicha eksperimental ma'lumotlar ularning amaliy qo'llanilishini baholash uchun taqdim etilgan.
