Abstrak

Ishda qo'rg'oshin xalkogenidlarining polikristall pardalari kislorod bilan o'zaro ta'sirining xususiyatlari ko'rib chiqiladi. 600 K gacha bo'lgan haroratlarda kislorod pardalar sirtida adsorbsiyalanib, o'tkazuvchanlik turining inversiyasiga olib keluvchi akseptor turidagi sirt elektron holatlarini hosil qilishi ko'rsatilgan. Polikristall tuzilmalarda kislorodning kristallitlar chegarasi bo'ylab diffuziyasi zaryad tashilishini cheklovchi kristallitlararo potensial to'siqlar hosil bo'lishiga yordam beradi. Kislorod ta'sirida fizik xossalarning o'zgarishi, jumladan oksid fazalari va akseptor sathlarining hosil bo'lishi, shuningdek termik ishlov berishning ta'siri ko'rib chiqilgan. Taqiqlangan zona kengligi, tashuvchilarning yashash vaqti va rekombinatsiya mexanizmi bo'yicha eksperimental ma'lumotlar keltirilgan. Kislorod pardalar xarakteristikalariga ham ijobiy, ham salbiy ta'sir ko'rsatishi aniqlangan, bu esa qo'rg'oshin xalkogenidlarini sensorlar va termoelektrik qurilmalarda qo'llash uchun muhimdir.
