Abstrak

Churra nuqsoni onlay va sublay usullari yordamida, shuningdek normal topografik anatomiyani tiklash bilan separatsion plastika yordamida plastika qilingan operatsiyadan keyingi ventral va retsidiv churrali 107 nafar bemorni davolash natijalari o'rganilgan. W3-W4 ≥ 11 bo'lganda qorin ichi bosimini perioperatsion monitoring qilish natijalari orqa separatsion gernioplastikaning ustuvorligini asoslaydi, ˂11 bo'lganda esa oldingi separatsion plastikani bajarish mumkin. Operatsiyadan keyingi W2, W3, W4 ventral churralarda standart (onlay, sublay) yoki separatsion (oldingi, orqa) plastika usulini tanlash algoritmi oldingi qorin devorining mushak-aponevrotik tuzilmalari holatiga va qorin ichi bosimini intraoperatsion monitoring qilish ko'rsatkichiga asoslanadi.
