Abstrak

Amorf yarimo'tkazgichlarning eksponensial yutilish sohasi uchun keltirib chiqarilgan spektrning analitik ifodasi tadqiq etilgan. Ushbu ifodadagi ruxsat etilgan zonalar dumlarining qiyaligini belgilovchi parametrlar eksperimental tarzda aniqlanadigan eksponensial yutilish spektriga moslash yo'li bilan topiladi. Devis-Mott yaqinlashuvi uchun Kubo-Grinvud formulasidan valent zonasi dumidagi elektron holatlar zichligini aniqlovchi yangi formula keltirib chiqarilgan. Ushbu formulalar va eksperimental aniqlangan eksponensial yutilish spektri yordamida valent zonasi dumidagi elektron holatlar zichligini aniqlash mumkinligi ko'rsatilgan.
