Abstract

The human habitat in the broad sense of the word is being filled more and more with harmful factors of a physical, chemical and biological nature. The genotoxic effect of Zellek was studied by means of micronucleus tests in polychromatophilic erythrocytes of white rats. The data presented show that the herbicide Zellek, on single and repeated inhalation administration into the body of experimental animals at the indicated concentrations, does not possess a mutagenic property according to the micronucleus test.
