FOSTERING THE LINGUISTIC AND SPEECH CULTURE OF PRIMARY SCHOOL PUPILS AS A FACTOR IN THE FORMATION OF PERSONAL UNIVERSAL LEARNING ACTIONS

Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the fostering of the linguistic and speech culture of primary school pupils in the context of the formation of personal universal learning actions. Language is considered as a cultural and value phenomenon and as a means of forming the inner position of the learner's personality. On the basis of the propositions of the activity-based and personality-oriented approaches, the interrelation of speech development, moral education and learning motivation in primary school is revealed. Particular attention is paid to the methodological possibilities of Russian language lessons, which ensure the formation of a conscious attitude to the word and the development of speech responsibility and of the value-semantic reflection of primary school pupils.
