Abstract

From this article we can learn about the technology of forming the creative competencies of directors of preschool education organizations, its content and how it should be used. The article expresses views on new innovative methods of leadership and management in preschool education organizations. It presents the author's personal reflections on the role of the managerial staff of preschool education organizations in the development of the field and on the importance of the social environment created by the head of a preschool education organization in bringing up the future generation in the spirit of love for the Motherland and devotion to the homeland. The review of the literature cites the ideas of our great thinkers, the words of present-day researchers and the opinions of representatives of world literature. The methodology section describes methods based on new approaches. The results section sets out the results of the research carried out. The study of the various needs and factors that influence the formation of managerial and leadership qualities in young people is presented.
