A PEDAGOGICAL MODEL OF DEVELOPING CREATIVE PEDAGOGICAL THINKING IN FUTURE EDUCATORS

Abstract

This article provides a scientific-theoretical and practical substantiation of a pedagogical model for developing creative pedagogical thinking in future preschool teachers. The study describes the content and structure of creative pedagogical thinking, the innovative approaches that serve its development and the main components of the pedagogical model. In the empirical research, questionnaire, observation and pedagogical experiment-testing methods were used. The results of the research showed that the pedagogical model developed effectively develops the creative thinking, the pedagogical initiative and the professional competence of future preschool teachers. The results of this research are of practical importance in the process of training specialists in the field of preschool education.
