Abstract

The article analyses the possibility and the efficient use of a wind power plant and the selection of the most efficient back-up installation for the operation of an autonomous low-power energy supply system. With their help it is possible to provide electricity to the population of the remote and mountainous regions of Kyrgyzstan.
