Abstract

In this research work the practical significance of the research results lies in the fact that the main techniques used by highly qualified judokas, the technical actions applied in competitive activity and the individual characteristics of the wrestlers have been determined, and the results have made it possible to develop and standardize a set of technical methods for improving the main techniques most often used during competition and to introduce the recommendations into the training process.
