THE STATE OF THE SPECTRAL PARAMETERS OF HEART RATE VARIABILITY IN PATIENTS WITH UNDIFFERENTIATED CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA

Abstract
In order to study the state of the spectral parameters of heart rate variability (HRV) depending on the age and severity of the clinical manifestations, 100 patients aged 25-45 years with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD) were examined. The severity of the pathological process was assessed by the expressiveness of the phenotypic signs according to a point system. According to the severity of the dysplastic manifestations, the patients were distributed into three subgroups (mild, moderate, severe). The spectral parameters of HRV were determined by the method of mathematical computer analysis using a special programme. The TP, HF, LF, VLF indices, LF/HF and iC were analysed. The comparison showed that in the patients of all subgroups the mean values of the TP, LF, VLF and LF/HF parameters were increased, and in patients aged 35-45 years HF and iC were decreased to a greater extent. The obtained data on the spectral parameters of HRV show that, depending on the age and the severity of the phenotypic manifestation of UCTD, the regulation of heart rhythm in patients is heterogeneous, and hyper- and hypoactive adrenergic autonomic dysfunction is observed in patients.
