Аннотация

Рассмотрены подходы к психотерапии пожилых людей с непсихотическими психическими расстройствами. Показано, что для психотерапии в пожилом возрасте с хронической цереброваскулярной патологией наиболее приемлемы краткосрочные проблемно-ориентированные психотерапевтические методы (рациональная, поведенческая, позитивная, семейная психотерапия), направленные на уменьшение невротической симптоматики, социальную поддержку и улучшение качества жизни.
