Abstract

The possibilities of introducing "smart innovations" in the transport infrastructure are considered to improve the quality of life of the population and guests of the city, as well as the level of its innovative development. A sociological study was conducted that revealed the preferences of citizens in choosing the type of public transport, and the frequency of the actual movement and its correspondence to the data of a popular mobile application were assessed.
