Abstract

The article gives brief information about electric lighting, resource saving, the transition to highly efficient devices, LED technology and new technologies in electric lighting. The main qualitative, lighting, electrical characteristics of lighting devices and their resistance to external influences, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various lighting devices, analysis of lighting characteristics with LED and fluorescent lamps; lighting quality analysis.
