Abstract
In today's era of globalization and digital transformation, the construction sector is one of the fastest growing and at the same time one of the most problem-laden branches of the world economy. According to World Bank reports, the construction industry accounts for 13 per cent of gross domestic product, yet its level of technology adoption has remained lower than in other sectors. For this reason, the wide introduction of digital technologies makes it possible to increase sharply not only production efficiency, but also quality, safety and environmental sustainability.
