NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DESIGN OF SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEXES IN THE POST-PANDEMIC PERIOD

Abstract

This article analyses the new requirements and approaches that have arisen in the process of designing shopping and entertainment complexes in the post-pandemic period. In particular, it considers such aspects as compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms, the principles of social distancing, the creation of opportunities for activity in the open air, the flexibility of buildings and the integration of digital technologies. On the basis of the experience of the pandemic, user safety, psychological comfort and multifunctional zoning are also indicated as important elements. The results of the study serve the development of modern and sustainable approaches for the design of new complexes in the city of Samarkand.
