EFFICACY OF HEMOBEN IN THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH DEEP BURNS IN THE TOXEMIA STAGE

Abstract
The work is based on the analysis of the results of the treatment of 105 victims with thermal injuries (37 women and 68 men) aged from 17 to 75 years who were treated in the combustiology department of the Samarkand branch of the Republican Scientific Centre of Emergency Medicine in 2023-2024. The clinical assessment included the following criteria: the amount and nature of the discharge; bleeding wounds; the time of epithelialisation of the donor sites and of the transplanted autodermografts; the completeness of epithelialisation; the severity of the wound pain. A single local application of the haemostatic preparation Ksemoben to the wound during autodermoplasty promotes rapid engraftment of the graft and ensures rapid and complete engraftment of the skin flaps. The improvement of the results of early necrectomy with autodermoplasty in burn patients through the use of the local haemostatic agent Ksemoben will allow an earlier discharge from hospital and the return of the patients to everyday life.
