Abstrak
Ish 2023-2024 yillarda Shoshilinch tibbiyot respublika ilmiy markazi Samarqand filialining kombustiologiya bo'limida davolangan 17 dan 75 yoshgacha bo'lgan termik jarohatli 105 nafar jabrlanuvchini (37 ayol va 68 erkak) davolash natijalari tahliliga asoslangan. Klinik baholash quyidagi mezonlarni o'z ichiga oldi: ajralmalarning miqdori va tabiati; qon oqayotgan yaralar; donor sohalar va ko'chirib o'tkazilgan autodermograftlarning epitelizatsiya muddatlari; epitelizatsiyaning to'liqligi; yara og'rig'ining ifodalanganligi. Autodermoplastika vaqtida yaraga qon to'xtatuvchi Ksemoben preparatini mahalliy bir marta surtish transplantatning tez ildiz otishiga ko'maklashadi, teri qopqoqlarining tez va to'liq ildiz otishini ta'minlaydi. Kuygan bemorlarda erta nekrektomiya va autodermoplastika natijalarini mahalliy qon to'xtatuvchi Ksemoben vositasini qo'llash hisobiga yaxshilash bemorlarni statsionardan ertaroq chiqarish va ularning kundalik hayotga qaytishiga imkon beradi.
