THE PEDAGOGICAL SYSTEM OF PREPARING FUTURE TEACHERS FOR CREATIVE ACTIVITY ON THE BASIS OF MANUAL LABOR

Abstract

This article sets out, from a scientific-theoretical and practical point of view, the pedagogical system for preparing future teachers for creative activity on the basis of manual labour. The study analysed the place of manual-labour classes in the educational process, the mechanisms of forming creative competencies on the basis of innovative approaches and the structural components of the pedagogical system. In the empirical research, questionnaire, observation and pedagogical experiment-testing methods were used. The results obtained showed that organizing manual-labour classes on a systematic and innovative basis effectively develops the creative activity, the independent thinking and the professional preparedness of future teachers. The results of the research are of practical importance for higher education institutions in the field of pedagogy.
