Abstract

The layer of the population under 30 years of age, which makes up only 14.6 per cent in the European Union, is recognised as a low socio-economic indicator. Professors of pedagogy of the University of Paris, the Royal Academy of Stockholm and the Madrid Research Centre have emphasised that the only measure ensuring the stable growth of the young layer is the further improvement of the methods of pedagogical work with them. This article sets out the specific pedagogical aspects and models of work with young people in developed countries.
