MAHALLIY IQLIM SHAROITLARIDA ASALARILAR INVAZION KASALLIKLARINING YASHIRIN SHAKLLARINI ERTA ANIQLASHDA ZAMONAVIY DIAGNOSTIK YONDASHUVLAR

Abstract
Ushbu maqolada mahalliy iqlim sharoitlarida asalarilar (Apis mellifera L.) invazion kasalliklarining yashirin (subklinik) shakllarini erta aniqlashda zamonaviy diagnostik yondashuvlarning ahamiyati yoritilgan. Tadqiqot asosan Varroa destructor kanasi va Nosema spp. mikrosporidiyalarining past invazion darajada kechuvchi holatlarini aniqlash muammolariga qaratilgan. Ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili shuni ko‘rsatadiki, an’anaviy mikroskopik diagnostika usullari subklinik invaziyalarni aniqlashda yetarli sezgirlikka ega emas. Shu bois molekulyar diagnostika usullari, xususan real vaqtli polimeraza zanjir reaksiyasi yordamida patogenlarning DNK/RNA darajasida aniqlanishi erta tashxis imkoniyatlarini sezilarli darajada kengaytiradi. Maqolada zamonaviy diagnostik metodlarning afzalliklari, ularning cheklovlari hamda mahalliy iqlim sharoitlarida qo‘llash imkoniyatlari muhokama qilingan. Olingan tahlillar invazion kasalliklarni erta aniqlash va asalarilar sog‘lig‘ini monitoring qilishda integratsiyalashgan diagnostik yondashuvlarni joriy etish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijalari asalarichilikda profilaktik chora-tadbirlarni takomillashtirish va koloniyalar barqarorligini ta’minlash uchun ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
