Abstract
Mazkur maqolada yakkakurash sport turlarida sportchilarning jismoniy qobiliyatlarini shakllantirishda qo‘llanilayotgan innovatsion uslublar va ularning amaliy samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda zamonaviy mashg‘ulot texnologiyalari, raqamli monitoring tizimlari, yuqori intensivlikdagi intervalli mashqlar (HIIT), biomexanik tahlil hamda individual yondashuv asosidagi tayyorgarlik modellarining ahamiyati yoritilgan. Olingan natijalar innovatsion yondashuvlar sportchilarning kuch, tezkorlik, chidamlilik va koordinatsiya qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirishda yuqori samaradorlikka ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Maqola sport murabbiylari, jismoniy tarbiya mutaxassislari va ilmiy tadqiqotchilar uchun amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
