TUG‘RUQDAN KEYINGI DEPRESSIYADA AYOLLARGA PSIXOTERAPIYANI QO‘LLASH

Abstract
Tug‘ruqdan keyingi depressiya (postpartum depressiya) — bu ayollarda tug‘ruqdan so‘ng paydo bo‘ladigan ruhiy-emotsional buzilish bo‘lib, u onalik mas’uliyati, gormonal o‘zgarishlar, uyqu buzilishi va ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlovning yetishmasligi bilan chambarchas bog‘liqdir. Ushbu maqolada tug‘ruqdan keyingi depressiyaning asosiy sabablari, klinik ko‘rinishlari hamda psixoterapiya usullarining samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Psixoterapiya — bu dori vositalarisiz, ayolning emotsional muvozanatini tiklash, onalik rolini qabul qilish va ijtimoiy moslashuvni yaxshilashga qaratilgan muhim yondashuvdir.
