Abstract

в данном исследовании проведён сравнительный клинико-лабораторный анализ пациентов с эрозивно-язвенными поражениями слизистой оболочки рта с целью разработки критериев дифференциальной диагностики красного плоского лишая, вульгарной пузырчатки и мукозной мембранной пузырчатки. Анализ проводился на трёх группах пациентов. На основе клинических, морфологических и иммунологических данных определены диагностические алгоритмы и оценена точность методов. Характер воспалительного инфильтрата, специфичность иммунофлюоресцентной картины и спектр аутоантител были проанализированы с использованием статистических методов. Кроме того, рассчитана совокупная диагностическая точность комплексного подхода, что является важным практическим показателем для клиницистов.
