Abstract
Mazkur maqolada yuqori sinf o‘quvchilarining jismoniy tayyorgarligini oshirishda tashkiliy va pedagogik omillarning o‘rni yoritilgan. O‘quvchilarning jismoniy rivojlanish darajasi, sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish, jismoniy tarbiya mashg‘ulotlarining samaradorligini oshirish yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, ta’lim jarayonida innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalar va individual yondashuvning ahamiyati ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi.
