Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda Phlomoides brachystegia o‘simligining uchuvchan komponentlar tarkibi o‘rganildi. Namangan viloyatida o‘sadigan Phlomoides turkumiga mansub o‘simlik namunalaridan efir moylari gidrodistillyatsiya usulida ajratib olindi va GC-MS usulida tahlil qilindi. Tahlil natijasida efir moyi tarkibida 2-Hexadecene, 3,7,11,15-tetramethyl (14,28%), Phenethyl alcohol (5,62%) va Methyl nicotinate (5,36%) kabi biofaol komponentlar aniqlangan. Umumiy kimyoviy spektr alifat uglevodorodlar (30,2%), aromatik birikmalar (25,6%), terpenoidlar va izoprenoidlar (18,7%) kabi sinflarga ajratildi. Aniqlangan komponentlarning farmatsevtika, kosmetika va oziq-ovqat sanoatidagi amaliy ahamiyati tahlil qilindi. O‘simlikning boy efir moyi tarkibi uni dorivor manba sifatida tadqiq etish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
