Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yarimo‘tkazgichli metanni aniqlovchi sensorlarning metrologik ko‘rsatkichlariga tashqi omillarning, jumladan, harorat, namlik va tashqi elektromagnit maydonlarning ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida sensorning sezuvchanligi, javob berish vaqti, xatolik darajasi kabi ko‘rsatkichlar nazariy va eksperimental asosda baholandi. Olingan natijalar metan gazini aniqlash tizimlarining ishonchliligini oshirish, sanoat va ekologik monitoring sohalarida qo‘llanilishini takomillashtirish uchun ilmiy va amaliy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
