Abstract

Yuz nervi falaji – bu VII bosh miya nervining periferik yoki markaziy shikastlanishi bilan yuz mushaklarining harakatining buzilishi bilan namoyon bo‘ladigan klinik sindromdir. Periferik falaj holatlarida yuzning ta’sirlangan tomonida mimik mushaklarning to‘liq yoki qisman harakatsizligi kuzatiladi, ko‘z qovoqlari to‘liq yopilmaydi, og‘iz burchi pastga tushadi, peshonada ajinlar yo‘qoladi. Markaziy falajda esa faqat pastki qismda motor buzilishlar bo‘ladi, chunki peshona muskullari ikki tomonlama innervatsiya oladi. Yuz nervi falaji sabablari turlicha bo‘lib, ular orasida Bell falaji (idiopatik), travmatik, virusli (masalan, Herpes simplex), otitga bog‘liq va bosh miya ichki kasalliklariga aloqador bo‘lgan holatlar mavjud.


Kasallikni tashxislashda klinik ko‘rik, nevrologik testlar, elektromiografiya, MRT va KT usullari muhim ahamiyatga ega. Davolash esa sababga qarab farqlanadi: virusli yoki yallig‘lanishli holatlarda antivirus, yallig‘lanishga qarshi preparatlar va kortikosteroidlar qo‘llaniladi; fizioterapiya va yuz mushaklariga mashqlar esa reabilitatsiyada asosiy rol o‘ynaydi. Ko‘pchilik bemorlarda to‘liq sog‘ayish mumkin, ammo ba’zilarda doimiy asoratlar (masalan, sinkineziya) qolishi mumkin.
