INKLYUZIV SINFLARDA ADAPTIV JISMONIY TARBIYA ORQALI IJTIMOIY MOSLASHUVNI QO‘LLAB-QUVVATLASH

Abstract
Ushbu maqolada inklyuziv sinflarda adaptiv jismoniy tarbiya orqali imkoniyati cheklangan bolalarning ijtimoiy moslashuvini qo‘llab-quvvatlash masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Adaptiv jismoniy tarbiya nafaqat jismoniy rivojlanishni, balki psixologik va ijtimoiy integratsiyani ham ta'minlaydi. Maqolada jamoaviy o‘yinlar, moslashtirilgan jismoniy mashqlar va rejalashtirilgan hamkorlik mashg‘ulotlari orqali bolalarning o‘ziga bo‘lgan ishonchini oshirish, tengdoshlar bilan muloqot qilish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish va jamiyatga muvaffaqiyatli integratsiyalashuviga yordam berish usullari tahlil qilinadi.
