Abstract
Mazkur maqolada talabalarning natijalarini har tomonlama yaxshilashga qaratilgan shaxsiylashtirilgan ta’lim hamda uning samaradorligi haqida so’z boradi. Shu bilan birga shaxsiy yoʻnalishdagi ta’lim tizimining mahsuldorligi sifatlari ta’kidlab oʻtiladi. Talabalar uchun turli xil differensial yondashuvlar va oʻquv dasturlari taklif etiladi. Bularning barchasi oʻquvchi qaratilgan individuallashtirilgan oʻqitishning unumliligini oshirishga yordam beradi.
