Abstract
Ushbu maqolada 10-12 yoshli gimnastikachilarning jismoniy sifatlarini takomillashtirishda individual ta'lim rejasi asosida mashq qilgan gimnastikachilar kuch, chidamlilik, tezlik va moslashuvchanlik kabi jismoniy sifatlarni ancha samarali rivojlantirganlar. Ushbu tadqiqot, yosh gimnastikachilar uchun ta'lim jarayonida individual yondashuvning ahamiyatini amaliyotda qo‘llash imkoniyatlarini kengaytiradi.
