Ilonbosh baliqlarida dermatomikoz (saprolegnioz)ni aniqlash va qarshi kurash usullari

Abstrak
Ushbu ilmiy maqolada ilonbosh va ilonbaliqlar (Channidae oilasi va Anguilliformes turkumi vakillari) biologiyasi, ularning zamonaviy intensiv baliqchilikdagi va akvakulturadagi yuqori iqtisodiy hamda dietik ahamiyati kompleks ravishda tahlil qilingan. Maqolada dunyo miqyosida sanoat usulida yetishtirilayotgan asosiy baliq turlarining umumiy tavsifi va baliq go‘shtining kimyoviy tarkibi, inson salomatligi uchun zarur bo‘lgan aminokislotalar, omega-3 kislotalari, mikro- va makroelementlar balansi batafsil yoritilgan. Tadqiqotning asosiy qismi ilonbaliqchilik tarmog‘ining bugungi kundagi dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo‘lgan zamburug‘li kasalliklarga, xususan, Saprolegnia oilasi vakillari tomonidan qo‘zg‘atiladigan dermatomikoz (saprolegnioz) kasalligiga bag‘ishlangan. Maqolada ushbu infeksiyaning ilonbaliqlar organizmida kechishi, suv havzalari bo‘ylab tarqalish qonuniyatlari, kasallikni keltirib chiqaruvchi ekologik va etologik omillar hamda o‘ziga xos klinik belgilari ilmiy asoslangan holda bayon etilgan. Shuningdek, ilonbosh va ilonbaliqlarda dermatomikoz patologiyasiga qarshi kurashishda zamonaviy ixtiopatologik usullar, kimyoviy va biologik preparatlarni qo‘llash texnologiyalari tizimlashtirilgan. Baliqchilik xo‘jaliklari uchun suv muhitini sog‘lomlashtirish, ohaklash (kalsiy oksidi va gidroksidi), dezinfeksiya tadbirlarini o‘tkazish va baliqlar immunitetini oshirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan bo‘lib, ular ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
