Abstrak

Maqolada sanoatlashgan parrandachilikda va fermer xo‘jaliklarida boqilayotgan Loman Braun zot jo‘jalariga Gallimune H9+ND past patogenli parranda grippi vaksinasi bilan emlash va Innoprovet probiotigini qo‘llash orqali parranda grippi kasalligiga qarshi samarali immunoprofilaktika jarayonini o‘rganish bo‘yicha ma’lumotlar berilgan. Emlash va Innoprovet qo‘llanilgandan so‘ng 7 va 14-kunlarda barcha jo‘jalardan qon namunalari olindi hamda GATR (gemagglutinatsiyani tormozlash reaksiyasi) tahlili yordamida ularning immunitet holati baholandi. Tajriba guruhlaridagi parrandalarda nazorat guruhiga nisbatan antigemagglutinin (antitana) titrlari sezilarli darajada oshganligi aniqlandi. Tadqiqotlarning 14-kunida antitana titrlarining barqaror va yuqori darajada saqlanishi jo‘jalarda kuchli va uzoq davom etuvchi immunitet shakllanayotganligini namoyon qildi. Shuningdek, tajriba guruhidagi jo‘jalarda tirik vazn ortishi nazorat guruhiga nisbatan barqaror yuqori bo‘lganligi aniqlandi.
