Abstrak

Biz tomonimizdan so'nggi 10 yil ichida Samarqand tibbiyot universitetining umumiy jarrohlik klinikasiga kelib tushgan jigar exinokokkozi bilan og'rigan 165 bemorni tekshirish va davolash natijalari tahlil qilindi. Operatsiya qilingan 165 bemordan 23 (13,94%) nafarida exinokokk kistalari laparoskopik yo'l bilan (troakar kirish yo'llari orqali) olib tashlandi, 78 (47,27%) bemorda exinokokk kistalari minilaparotomiya orqali olib tashlandi. 64 (38,79%) bemorga jigardan exinokokkektomiya laparotomik kirish yo'li orqali bajarildi. Exinokokkektomiyaning turli variantlari amalga oshirildi. Operatsiyaning 5 turi qo'llanildi: kistani ekstirpatsiya qilish (perikistektomiya), yopiq exinokokkektomiya, yarim yopiq exinokokkektomiya, ochiq exinokokkektomiya, Askerxanov bo'yicha omentoplombalash.
