Kataral-yiringli mastit bilan kasallangan sigirlar qonining biokimyoviy ko‘rsatkichlaridagi o‘zgarishlar

Abstrak
Maqolada kataral-yiringli mastit bilan kasallangan sigirlar qonning ayrim biokimyoviy ko‘rsatkichlarida yuz beradigan o‘zgarishlar o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotlar Samarqand viloyatining turli chorvachilik xo‘jaliklarida kataral-yiringli mastit bilan kasallangan sigirlarda olib borildi. Qon zardobidagi umumiy oqsil, glyukoza, aspartat aminotransferaza (AST) va laktatdegidrogenaza (LDH) miqdorlari kasallikning boshlanishida, 5- va 10-kunlarida aniqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, kasallikning boshlang‘ich davrida umumiy oqsil, AST va LDH ko‘rsatkichlari yuqori bo‘lib, tajribaning 10-kuniga kelib ularning kamayishi kuzatildi. Glyukoza miqdorida esa sezilarli o‘zgarishlar aniqlanmadi. Olingan natijalar kataral-yiringli mastitda qonning biokimyoviy ko‘rsatkichlari kasallikning kechishi va organizmdagi yallig‘lanish jarayonlari dinamikasini baholashda qo‘shimcha diagnostik mezon sifatida foydalanish mumkinligini ko‘rsatdi.
