Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada bir yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalarda miokardning patomorfologik o‘zgarishlari zamonaviy ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilindi. Mavjud tadqiqotlar ko‘rsatishicha, erta ontogenez davrida yurak mushagi gipoksiya, yallig‘lanish va gemodinamik buzilishlarga yuqori sezuvchan bo‘ladi. Adabiyotlar sharhi natijasida perinatal gipoksiya va infeksion omillar ta’sirida kardiomiyotsitlar gipertrofiyasi, interstitsial shish degenerativ-distrofik jarayonlar hamda boshlang‘ich fibroz o‘zgarishlar rivojlanishi qayd etilishi aniqlandi. Tahlillar miokarddagi strukturaviy qayta qurilishlar mikrosirkulyatsiya buzilishi va hujayraviy gipoksiya bilan chambarchas bog‘liqligini ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu ma’lumotlar erta tashxis va profilaktik kuzatuvni takomillashtirish zarurligini asoslaydi.
