Abstrak
Gaz sensorlarining javob berish va tiklanish vaqtlari ularning dinamik xatti-harakati haqida tasavvur beradi va eksperimental usullar bilan aniqlanadi. Javob berish vaqti gaz konsentratsiyasining keskin o'zgarishi ta'siridan so'ng sensorning o'z yakuniy signal qiymatining 90% iga yetishi uchun zarur bo'lgan davrni bildiradi. U ko'pincha τ₀₉ yoki τ_response deb belgilanadi. Aksincha, τ₀₁ yoki τ_recovery deb belgilanadigan tiklanish vaqti gaz olib tashlanib, toza havo kiritilgandan keyin sensorning boshlang'ich bazaviy qiymatining 10% iga qaytishi uchun ketadigan vaqtdir.
