Abstrak

Maqolada kasallik boshlanganidan keyingi dastlabki 72 soat ichida laparoskopiya o'tkazilgan, fermentativ peritonit bilan asoratlangan o'tkir pankreatitli 102 bemorni kompleks tekshirish va davolash natijalariga asoslangan klinik material tahlil qilingan. Klinik taqqoslash guruhini o'tkir pankreatitning shishli shakli bilan og'rigan 42 bemor tashkil etdi. Jami 144 bemor (erkaklar - 90, ayollar - 54), o'rtacha yosh 53,6±3,4 yil.
