Abstract
This article discusses the corpus, corpus linguistics, its structure, the types of corpora, the token, the lemma and the stem. Today the theoretical and practical significance of the corpus is considered to be great in studying the possibilities of the language more broadly in Uzbek linguistics, in identifying the problematic aspects of linguistics, in creating electronic dictionaries and in increasing the opportunity to use modern technologies.
